The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Research Project Entitled Quality Forecast Of The Demand For Competences In Małopolska. 2. The Qualitative Forecast Of The Demand For Competencies In Małopolska Is Intended To Show Key Competencies In Selected Industries In Terms Of The Most Important Professions Over The Next 3 Years. As Part Of The Work, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Proposing A Qualitative Forecasting System For The Demand For Competences In Małopolska, Based On Available Data And Indicators. The Solution Proposal Organized Within The Developed Methodology Will Allow For Forecasts To Be Made In Several Selected Industries And Will Enable Planning Research In The Remaining Ones. 3. The Study Entitled Qualitative Forecast Of The Demand For Competences In Małopolska Is The Second Stage Of The Study Of The Demand For Competences In Małopolska And Is Intended To Show Key Competences On The Labor Market In The Next 3 Years. Qualitative Forecasting Will Use Indicators Fed With Data Collected As Part Of The Monitoring Of Job Offers, I.E. The Quantitative Stage Of The Research. Forecasting Will Be Cyclical Based On The Methodology Prepared By The Contractor, Enabling The Achievement Of Comparable Results For The Analyzed Industries. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constitutes Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 5. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 6. The Ordering Party Specified The Conditions For The Transfer Of Copyrights In The Contract Template, Annex No. 1C. 7.
