The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out A Dendrological Inventory In Order To Select Naturally Valuable Trees And Improve The Safety Of Passersby In The Area Covered By The Project Ekopark The Green Pearl Of Silesia - A Journey To Biodiversity. The Inventory Should Include The Categorization Of Trees In Terms Of Their Phytosanitary Condition And The Safety Of People And Property, With The Indication Of Trees For Further Specialized Research Of An Instrumental Nature. 2. The Scope Of The Order Is Two-Stage. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Together With The Annexes. 3. Additional Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right.
