The Subject Of The Order Is: Sale And Delivery Of Diesel Oil With Properties According To Pn-En 590:2022-08 For The Nova Company Based In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Tarnowska 120. The Order Covers The Period: From The Date Of Signing The Contract But Not Earlier Than From March 1, 2026 To February 28, 2027. Technical Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale Of Diesel Oil With An Established Quality Standard According To Pn-Pn-En 590:2022-08 And Its Delivery By The Contractors Transport In The Quantities Required By The Ordering Party (Single Delivery Of A Maximum Of 5,000 L.), Taking Into Account Parameters In Summer And Winter, Depending On Weather Conditions. 2. Throughout The Entire Order Period, Diesel Oil Will Be Delivered Directly To The Waste Management Plant In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Tarnowska 120. The Annual Quantity Of Diesel Oil Is Estimated At No More Than 280,000 Liters. The Final Amount Of Diesel Oil Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. Reducing The Amount Of Diesel Oil Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Financial Claims By The Contractor, Provided That The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Collect At Least 100,000 Liters From The Contractor. Failure To Collect This Minimum Quantity Shall Be Liable For Damages On The General Principles Provided For By Generally Applicable Law. The Minimum Amount Of Fuel That The Contractor Will Provide To The Ordering Party Is 100,000 Liters. 3. The Contractors Car - A Tanker Delivering Diesel Oil Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Current Provisions Of The Act Of August 19, 2011 On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 643) And The Agreement On The International Transport Of Dangerous Goods By Road (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 891) Regulating The Method Of Transport Fuels, This Means That During The Duration Of The Contract, The Car-Tank Truck Is Of A Fixed Standard. Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, With Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil, A Copy Of The Quality Certificate Of The Supplied Diesel Oil With Properties According To Pn-En 590:2022-08 Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer; The Certificate Should Be Linked To The Proof Of Delivery Or Issue By Placing The Number And Date Of Delivery Or Issue On It. 2. The Proof Of Delivery Will Be A Proof Of Issue Confirmed By An Employee Of The Ordering Party, Together With An Attached Printout Of The Delivery From The Tanker, Taking Into Account The Amount Of Fuel Dispensed At A Temperature Of + 15 0 C. 3. Diesel Oil With Properties According To Pn-En 590:2022-08 May Be Delivered Directly From The Tanker To The Tank Using An Approved Pipe. 4. Orders And Deliveries Will Be Made Only On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Public Holidays. 5. When Reloading Fuel From The Tanker Truck To The Fuel Tank, The Contractor Should Exercise Special Caution
