Business Development Consultancy Services – Providing Support Services To The Information Society M.A.E. In The Capacity Of The Key Implementation Arm In The Context Of Executing Projects For The Digital Transformation Of The Country. The Object Of The Assigned Project Is The Provision Of Supporting Services To The Information Society M.A.E In The Capacity Of The Basic Implementation Arm In The Context Of The Execution Of Projects For The Digital Transformation Of The Country. In Particular, The Prospective Contractor Will Provide: The Scope Of The Contract Is Analyzed In The Following Work Packages (Wp): Work Package 1 (Wp 1): Project Administrative Support Services  Provision Of Administrative Information  Support In The Organization Of The Implementation Of The Projects, As Well As In Particular Matters Of Electronic Management, Circulation And Archiving Of Documents  Support In The Management And Processing Of Daily Tasks Of The Ministry Of Digital Governance And/Or Any Body With Which It Cooperates In The Framework Management/Execution Of Projects Related To The Digital Transformation Of The Country  Support In Particular Issues Of Management, Handling And Archiving Of Physical And Electronic Files  Support To The Committees (Advisory, Objections And Verification, Monitoring And Project Receipt) During Their Meetings, Providing Mainly Secretarial Support Services  Care For The Regular Monitoring And Management Of Electronic Mail  Drafting Of Various Letters - Documents That May To Be Required During The Finalization Of The Administrative Audits  General Administrative Support Of The Ministry Of Digital Governance, Which Will Determine The Framework For The Execution Of Tasks And The Place Of Provision Of Each Supporting Administrative Provision In Cooperation, If Required, With The Contracting Authority Work Package 2 (Pe 2): It Services  Creation And Implementation Of A Communication Plan With The End Users Of The Ktp Mae Systems (E.G. To Service Change Requests, Help-Desk)  Development/Development/Optimization/Adjustment Services Of Ktp Mae Applications  Taking Backup Copies Of All Data  Management And Control Of Changes And Additional Requirements (Change Management, Bug Tracking) Of Information Systems Of Ktp Mae  Update - Management Of The Content Of The Websites Managed By The Ministry Whenever This Is Deemed Necessary And According To Its Requirements  Support In Documentation, Management And Indexing Of The Files And Information Data Monitored And Managed By The Information Society Ktp Mae. Work Package 3 (Pe 3): Administration & Project Management Mechanism (Pm)  Monitoring Of The Implementation Of The Program Agreement Of The Ministry Of Digital Governance With The Ministry Of Digital Governance For The Digital Transformation Of The Country  Supervision And Monitoring Of Compliance With The Obligations Of The Ministry Of Digital Governance Towards The Administrative Authority And Any Other External Supervisory Body And/Or Partner In The Context Of The Execution Of The Project For The Digital Transformation Of The Country  Continuous Communication With The Supervised Bodies Of The Ministry As Well As The Contractors Of The Projects In The Context Of Execution
