A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1B To The Swz. All Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Annex 1B Should Be Treated As Minimum.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Delivery, Transport, Unloading, Bringing The Equipment To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be Brand New, Originally Packed In Packaging Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Product, Complete, Unused, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Fully Operational, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, And That It Complies With Applicable Standards And Has The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Certificates Approvals. These Documents Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 4. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Business Days Before Its Planned Commencement.5. The Seller Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Min. 24 Months. The Warranty Covers All Faults, Defects And Damage Detected During Use Of The Delivered Item.
