The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance: Preparation Of Design Documentation With Specification Of The Work Schedule Along With Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions Allowing For Carrying Out Construction Works For The Subject Of The Task. 2) 2Nd Subject Of Acceptance: Comprehensive Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation Obtained As Part Of The 1St Subject Of Acceptance. Contractor For Completed Construction Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Implementation Conditions Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
