The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Development Of A Replacement Architectural And Construction Design And Obtaining A Replacement Building Permit. Development Of Technical Designs, Executive Documentation, Design And Cost Estimate, And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Based On The Concept Developed In Accordance With The Ffu And Agreed With The Investor; 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With Land Development Based On The Developed Technical Documentation Along With Full Surveying Services And As-Built Inventory. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz4.
