Kazimierza Wielkiego 8 In Lublin, C) Aqua Lublin - Al. Zygmuntowskie 4 In Lublin, D) Athletics Stadium - Ul. Piłsudskiego 22 In Lublin, E) Indoor Swimming Pool - Ul. Łabędzia 4 In Lublin, F) Sports And Recreation Facilities Zalew Zemborzycki - Ul. Krężnicka 6 In Lublin.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be: A) Brand New, First Quality, Free From Defects And Damage, Without Signs Of Storage, Not Refurbished; B) Factory Packed And Have Labels In Polish On Individual And Collective Packaging, Containing At Least: Name Of The Product And Manufacturer, Method Of Use, Intended Use, Information On Threats And Safety Measures And Method Of Storage; C) Have Valid Certificates Of Approval For Use In Poland, Certificates Of Compliance With Polish Standards, Certificates Or Technical Approvals And Other Current Approvals Required By Specific Regulations. 5.4 A Detailed Description Is Included In The Bid Cost Estimate And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitute Appendix, Respectively.
