The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For Recording Film Shows With Accessories. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Description Of The Quality Requirements And The Scope Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz; B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Be Brand New, Unused, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete, And Ready For Operation. All Elements Offered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Have Current Manufacturer Support As Of The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol. The Devices Will Have Complete Wiring Necessary For Proper Operation. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
