Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Sports Hall Of The General Education School Complex In Strzegom Located At Ul. Saint Jana 1 In Strzegom As Part Of The Projects Entitled: Green Energy For Świdnica County Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority No. 9 European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia Measure No. 9.5 Environmental Transformation And Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings In The County Świdnickiego, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Under Priority No. 2 European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia Measure No. 2.1 Energy Efficiency In Public Buildings, Divided Into Tasks: Task No. 1: Construction And Electrical Works 1.1. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation. 1.2. Description Of Works: Task No. 1: Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of Task No. 1 Include, Among Others: (Construction Works) 1) Insulation Of The Walls Of The Building Below The Ground. 2) Insulation Of The Walls Above The Ground, Partly With Polystyrene Boards, Together With The Facade Plastering And Painting, And A Thin-Layer Thermal Insulation Coating After Repairs And Replacement Of The Existing Facade Plasters. 3) Insulation Of The Ceiling Of An Unused Attic. 4) Insulation Of A Non-Ventilated Attic. 5) Replacement Of External Door Joinery. 6) Partial Replacement Of Window Joinery. 7) Replacement Of Plain Tile Roof Covering, Including Replacement Of Battens And Installation Of Roof Foil, 8) Laying New Felt On The Flat Roof. 9) Replacement Of Roof Flashings, Cornices, Window Sills, Etc. 10) Renovation And Insulation Of Chimneys. 11) Replacement Of Gutters. 12) Renovation Of The Turret, 13) Painting Of Rooms After Replacing The Electrical Installation, (Electrical Works) 1) Replacement Of The Main Switchboard. 2) Replacement Of Multi-Story Switchboards. 3) Replacement Of The Lighting Installation, Including Emergency And Evacuation Lighting. 4) Replacement Of The Plug Socket Installation. 5) Installation Of The Main Switch. 6) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System. Note: The Valuation Of The Task Should Include The Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building After Thermal Modernization Works. 1.3 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute An Annex To This Specification And Together With The Bills Of Quantities Are Available On The Website Www.Platformazakupowa.Pl/Sp_Swidnica And Under The Name Of The Procedure Available In The Title Swz.W/W, The Works Will Be Performed In An Operational Facility.
