The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of The Electronic Document Management (Ezd) System Consisting Of, Among Others: The Main Office Operated At The City Hall And 7 Additional Offices For Subordinate Units, Training Of The Administrator And Users In Management, And In Particular For: 1) Installation And Configuration Of The Electronic Document Management System Ezd On The Ordering Partys Servers, Along With The Training Of Administrators And Users (50 People In The Main Unit And 80 Users In 7 Subordinate Units) For Operation And Management.2) Providing The Electronic Document Management System (Ezd) Software Owned By The Contractor For The Duration Of This Contract.
