Systems: Ks Fkw And The Ks Asw System For The Wrocław Health Center. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor, In Particular: Stage A. Will Implement The System In The Following Functional Areas And Workflows: A. Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Incoming Correspondence, B. A Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Outgoing Correspondence, C. A Dedicated Register And Circulation Of Internal Correspondence, D. Case Files And Jrwa,E. A Dedicated Register And Circulation Of 5 Different Invoice Circulation Processes, F. Ocr Of Invoices, G. A Dedicated Register Of Contracts, H. Cost Settlement Of Contracts, I. Online Editing Of Documents, Meeting Schedule, K. The Resource Reservation Module, Including Also Implementing - Obligatorily - All Required (Basic) Functionalities Of The System And All Additional Functionalities Of The System, I.E. Also Those For Which The Contractor Was Awarded Points In The Qualitative Criterion For Evaluating The Functionalities Offers; Stage B. Will Integrate The System (Seod) With The Following Systems Owned Or Used By The Ordering Party: A. Ks Fkw, Manufactured By Kamsoft S.A., B. Ks Asw, Manufactured By Kamsoft S.A., C. E-Puap, D. E-Delivery Platform, E. National E-Invoice System, F. Qualified Electronic Signature Of The Ordering Party, G. 10 Scanners And The Ordering Partys E-Mail Address; Stage C. Will Grant The Ordering Party The Licenses Necessary For The Uninterrupted Operation Of The System For Electronic Document Circulation And Business Process Automation (Seod), Under The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Part Iii Swz - Opz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Part Ii Swz - Pu, Including The Implemented Additional Functionalities; Stage D. Will Transfer To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Rights And Dependent Rights To Documentation And Studies Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including In The Scope Of The Implemented Additional Functionalities, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Part Ii Of The Swz - Pu; Stage E. Will Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Use Of The System For Electronic Document Circulation And Business Process Automation (Seod), Including In The Scope Of The Implemented Additional Functionalities, For A Total Of 24 Hours Of Basic Training. On Site, And 24 Hours Of Remote Refresher Training (1 Training Hour = 60 Minutes); Stage F. Will Provide Startup Support Services In The Form Of 1-Day Startup Assistance On The Day Of The Production Launch Of The First Module And By Providing Remote Technical Assistance From A Dedicated Consultant, Including In The Field Of Implemented Additional Functionalities, Within 1 Month From Signing The System Acceptance
