The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of A Maximum Of 9 Disabled Children + 1 Guardian On The Route From The Students Place Of Residence To Educational Institutions, Including: 6 Children On The Route From The Place Of Residence (Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Rzeszów) To The Rehabilitation, Educational And Upbringing Center At Ul. Staszica 10 B In Rzeszów And Back, 1 Child From The Place Of Residence To The Center Revalidation, Education And Upbringing Ina At Ul. Moniuszki 9 In Rzeszów And Back, 1 Child To Primary School No. 22 In Rzeszów At Ul. Ptasia 2 And Back, 1 Child To The Private Primary School Land Of Smiles At Ul. Klonowa 10A And Back. The Given Number Of Disabled Children Is A Forecast Number And May Decrease During The Execution Of The Order. The Daily Route Should Be Made By One Means Of Transport. Forecasted Daily Number Of Kilometers: Approx. 140 Km. Size/Scope: The Estimated Number Of Days In Which The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In 2026 Is No More Than 189 Days Of Schooling. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For Each Day Of Providing The Service, Which Will Be Paid Monthly In Arrears, In Accordance With The Days Worked, Under The Conditions Set Out In The Contract Template. 2.
