The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A General Spatial Development Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Pizp, And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 I, 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions To This Act.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Development Of The Draft General Plan Of The Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Commune, In Accordance With The Spatial Planning And Development Act And The Implementing Regulations, • Development Of An Environmental Impact Forecast And Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (Sea), • Preparation Of Spatial Data Of The General Plan In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, • Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents Related To The Planning Procedure, • Participation In Social Consultations And Meetings With The Municipal Authorities, Including Meetings Of The Council Committees Of The Commune, Sessions Of The Commune Council And Meetings Of The Commune Urban And Architectural Commission, • Introducing Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Opinions, Comments And Supervisory Decisions.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 8 To Swz.4. The Plan That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular: • The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, • Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extracts From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended),• The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended),• In Accordance With Local Law Acts,• With Taking Into Account Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Execution Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, • Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land And Roads.
