The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Food Delivery Services - Delivery Of Groceries, Fruit, Vegetables, Potatoes, Eggs In Accordance With The Attached Form To The School Canteen At The Primary School In Postomin. The Delivered Products Should Be Fresh, Nutritious, Of Appropriate Quality, Transported In Accordance With Haccap Requirements, Have Quality Certificates And Have An Expiration Date. Foodstuffs Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Be Transported In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. The Contractor Undertakes To Respond Flexibly To The Ordering Partys Changes. All Food Items Included In The Order And Offered By The Contractor Should Meet The Standards And Regulations For Food Products Established By Polish Law. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1. Not All Types Of Products Must Be Purchased Or Purchased In Full Quantity. The Quantity Of Ordered Goods May Be Reduced. Ordering Articles In Smaller Quantities Than Those Specified In The Quantity And Assortment List In The Price Form Cannot Give Rise To Claims By The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. Delivery Of Food Products To The School Will Be Made Each Time On The Basis Of A Request Submitted By The Ordering Party Via E-Mail Or Telephone, In Which He Will Each Time Specify The Quantity Of The Assortment Of A Given Delivery. The Ordered Goods Will Be Delivered Within Two Days Of Placing The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Obligation For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Only Covers Activities Performed By Suppliers.
