1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance And Upkeep Of Road And Park Lighting Devices In The Gołdap Commune. 1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Maintenance In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In Order To Ensure Proper Operation Of Road And Park Lighting Devices1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Road Lighting Devices Owned By The Commune And Owned By The Energy Company With Which The Gołdap Commune Has A Signed Lease Agreement For The Provision Of Infrastructure. 1.3.
