1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Disk Array, Servers And Network Devices Along With Implementation And Software As Part Of The Task Purchase Of Equipment As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project, For The Needs Of The Kutno Commune Office. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Five Tasks And Includes In Particular: 1) Task 1 - Delivery Of A Disk Array; 2) Task 2 - Delivery Of Two Servers Along With Installation And Configuration; 3) Task 3 - Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of Two Managed Network Switches;4) Task 4 - Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of One Network Switch;5) Task 5 - Delivery, Installation And Integration Of A Nas Disk Array;6) Task 6 - Expansion Of The Eauditor System With Additional Modules;7) Task 7 - Delivery Of A Central Logging, Reporting And Correlation System.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No 1 To The Swz;2) Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Minimum Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Devices And Software With Parameters Better Than Those Required, Provided That All Minimum Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party Are Met. Unused, Unregenerated And Technically Sound, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Including Claims Of Third Parties And Actions Of A Court Bailiff. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party For Any Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Any Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From Infringement Of Intellectual Or Industrial Property Rights, Including Patents, Trademark Protection Rights And Rights Relating To Registration Of Utility And Industrial Models, Remaining In Connection With The Placing On The Market In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. 4. Warranty And Warranty For Defects: The Ordering Party Requires A Manufacturers Warranty For The Delivered Devices For A Minimum Period: 1) Disk Array - 36 Months; 2) Servers With Installation And Configuration - 36 Months (The Final Period Of Warranty And Warranty For Defects Will Result From The Contractors Offer); 3) Managed Network Switches - 24 Months; 4) Network Switch - 24 Months; 5) Nas Disk Array - 24 Months. Warranty Terms In Accordance With The Provisions Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract (Annex No. 5 To The Swz). During The Manufacturers Warranty Period, The Ordering Party Will Also Be Entitled To The Rights Arising From The Warranty For Defects Regarding The Subject Of The Order, On The Terms Provided For In The Cc.5.
