Tenders Are Invited For Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Pisz Commune.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Running A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Pisz Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok, Located On A Plot Marked With Geod. 1149/32, Located Within The Geod. Pisz 1 – City At Ul. Tęczowa, By Collecting Municipal Waste Delivered To Pszok By Owners Of Inhabited Properties And Owners Of Uninhabited Properties (I.E. Owners Of Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreation And Recreation Purposes) And Transferring Them To Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. Z O. O., With Its Registered Office In Olsztyn, At Ul. Lubelska 53 Through Reloading Stations Belonging To The Above Company.2. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: 9 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Longer Than Until September 30, 2026, With The First Day Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Being January 1, 2026. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order May Be Shortened In The Event Of A Prolonged Procedure.3. Technical Conditions For The Operation Of Pszok: 1) The Pszok Area Is Fenced, Lit, Hardened, Equipped With Devices Or Systems Ensuring The Management Of Rainwater And Industrial Sewage Coming From The Pszok Area, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, Including: Water Law Act Of July 20, 2017 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960, As Amended);2) Pszok Is Equipped With A Mobile Scale With A Valid Certificate Of Conformity And Legalization Of The Central Office Of Measures;3) Pszok Is Equipped With A Heated Social Room With Access To Sanitary Facilities, Water And Electricity;4) Pszok Is Equipped With A Closed/Covered Containers And Containers, Appropriately Described (Type Of Waste, Waste Code), Ensuring Protection Of The Collected Waste Against The Influence Of Atmospheric Factors And Access By Animals;5) Pszok Is Equipped With A Visual Control System For Waste Storage Places;6) The Location Of Pszok On The Property Allows Access For Vehicles Delivering Waste And Vehicles Servicing Pszok With The Possibility Of Parking;7) The Location Of Pszok Provides Easy Access For Residents Of The Pisz Commune, With The Possibility Of Safe Access For Pedestrians And Safe Access For Passenger Cars.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Establish And Cover Security For The Claims Referred To In Art. 48A Above Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) On Its Own.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Third Parties And Their Property And Against The Consequences Of Accidents, For The Amount Of At Least Pln 100,000.00 (In Words: One Hundred Thousand). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Above-Mentioned Information Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
