1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Vegetables And Fruit For The Hospital Kitchen Of The Independent Public Health Care Team 27-300 Lipsko Ul. J. Śniadeckiego 2, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Included In The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).2. The Delivered Products Must Be Fresh And Of Good Quality.3. The Specified Quantities Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Order The Expected Assortment Worth At Least 40% Of The Concluded Contract4. Successive Deliveries, On Average 3 Times A Week At The Contractors Expense And Risk, According To Orders Placed By Telephone (Or Electronically) To The Food Warehouse Within 2 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order. The Ordering Party Requires Deliveries On Monday, Wednesday And Friday In Each Week Of The Contract.5. The Quantity Of Delivered Items Should Be Consistent With The Quantity On The Invoice And Confirmed By The Food Warehouse Employee.6. Any Delivery That Does Not Comply With The Order Will Be Returned To The Contractor And Must Be Replaced With A Proper One.
