The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works Resulting From It, Together With Other Works And Activities Within The Scope Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Sports Locker Room On The Pitch In Niemil, In The Design And Build System.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining A Building Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 3) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Resulting From The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party And Applicable Legal Provisions, 4) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Making An Effective Notification To The Construction Supervision Authority (Effective Notification Means A Notice To Which The Construction Supervision Authority Has Not Raised Any Objections By Way Of A Decision).
