The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of 5 Pieces Of Brand New Interactive Multimedia Devices, Intended For Conducting Teaching, Educational And Therapeutic Activities With Children Of Preschool And School Age In Educational Institutions. 2. The Ordering Party Requires Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of Devices In Educational Institutions In The Księżpol Commune, I.E. In: • Primary School. John Paul Ii In Księżpol – 1 Pc.;• Primary School. Blessed Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Korchów The First - 1 Pc.;• Primary School. Zofia Krawiecka In Majdan Stary – 1 Pc.;;• Primary School In Rakówka – 1 Pc.;• Local Government Kindergarten In Markowicze – 1 Pc.2. A Detailed Description And Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. Subject Means Of Evidence: 1) Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 107(1) Of The Public Procurement Law. Requires The Contractor To Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer In Order To Enable The Evaluation Of The Offers: - Card Of Meeting The Minimum Requirements Of The Devices; - Catalog Card Of The Offered Device; 2) The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Call For Their Submission Or Completion Within The Prescribed Period. 3) The Ordering Party May Request Explanations From The Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Evidence In Question.4. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
