Tenders are invited for Global Media Monitoring Services The Office Of The Governor Is Issuing This Small Purchase Solicitation On Behalf Of A Multi-Departmental Cooperative Group, Including The Department Of Commerce And Consumer Affairs (Dcca), Department Of Health (Doh), Public Utilities Commission (Puc), And The Hawaiʻi State Energy Office (Hseo). This Solicitation Seeks Proposals For Comprehensive Media Monitoring Services Covering International Broadcast, Online, And Social Media Platforms. The Awarded Vendor Must Provide Real-Time Alerts, Analytics (Including Sentiment, Share Of Voice, And Publicity Value), Access To Licensed Content, Media Contact Databases, And Robust Reporting Tools. The Platform Must Support A Minimum Of Ten (10) Users With Secure, Unlimited Search Capabilities And Archiving Functions. Each Participating Agency Will Require Individual Logins, Billing Mechanisms, And Direct Access To Support Services. The Contract Will Be Awarded For A One (1)-Year Term With An Option To Extend For One (1) Additional Year. Only Vendors With A Minimum Of Five (5) Years In Business, The Ability To Meet All Service And Compliance Requirements, And Who Can Provide Three (3) Client References Will Be Considered.
