More Detailed Criteria And The Scoring Mechanism Can Be Found In The Tender Criteria. The Share Of Points For Qualitative Factors Is Max. 20 Points And The Share Of Price Points Is 80 Points. The Maximum Score Can Be A Maximum Of 100 Points. Ordered Work Can Be Performed As A Contract Or As A Service. Based On The Comparison Of Bids, At Least Three (3) Bidders Are Selected In Each Sub-Area. If There Are Less Than Three (3) Acceptable Bidders, Fewer Than Three (3) Bidders Can Be Selected.
