Tenders Are Invited For Plumbing Design For The School Centers Renovations - Multi-Purpose Space

At Its Meeting On October 27, 2025 §299, The Municipal Council Has Approved The Project Plan For The School Centers Multi-Purpose Facility And Has Chosen To Implement Option A According To The Needs Assessment. The Municipal Government Has Decided To Start The Further Planning And Implementation Of The Project According To The Proposal Of The Technical Board, If The Council Approves The 2026 Budget And The Investment Part Of The 2026-2028 Financial Plan, Including The Presented School Centers Multi-Purpose Facility According To The Project Plan States That The Current Gymnasium Will Be Demolished And Social Facilities And An Intermediate Class Shelter Will Be Built. The New Multi-Purpose Facility Is Presented In The Premises Of The Current Ahmasoja School, And The Premises Of Youth Activities Can Also Be Placed There. This Corresponds To Option A Of The Needs Statement. This Request For Tender Includes The Design Related To The Changes To The Multi-Purpose Space Of The Eura School Center According To The Attached Architects Draft Plans. This Request For Tenders Concerns The Heat, Water, Sewerage, Ventilation And Automation Design Of The Multi-Purpose Space Project (Sub-Areas Below):- Plans Related To The Demolition Of The Old Building- Planning Of New Hvac Systems For The Social Facilities And The Interim Shelter (Connecting To Existing Systems, District Heating, New Supply/Exhaust Air Unit)- Change Planning Of The Hvac Systems Caused By The Renovation Work Of The Multi-Purpose Space (Frame Line Changes, Measurements And Adjustments)
