The Sewerage And Asphalt In The Roadway Of Kolenbergstraat Need To Be Replaced. At The Same Time, The Sewer In Wytemastraat, Florastraat, Koppesstraat, Wagenaarstraat And Sint Josephpark Also Needs To Be Replaced. This Assignment Primarily Concerns A Maintenance Task In These Streets. With Maintenance (Replacement) Alone, We Fail To Meet The Wishes And Ambitions Of The Municipality To Design Public Space In A Climate-Adaptive Manner And To Design Public Roads According To The Mobility Vision. As A Result, Kolenbergstraat And Streets In Blokker-Oost Will Be Designed As A 30 Km/H Road. The Public Space In The Project Area Must Therefore Be Redesigned. 1. Renovation And/Or Replacement Of The Sewerage In The Aforementioned Streets Of Blokker-Oost; 2. Changing The Road Surface In Kolenbergstraat From Asphalt To Clinkers; 3. Climate-Adaptive Design Of The Project Area.
