The Tender Takes Place According To The Open Procedure (The Public Procedure Is A Tender Procedure With Only One Round, In Which Any Entrepreneur May Tender) In Accordance With The European Directive For Public Procurement 2014/24/Eu And The Resulting “Public Procurement Act 2012” Of 1 July 2016. Awarding Takes Place On The Basis Of The Award Criterion Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender, On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Initial Duration Of The Agreement Is 3 Years With The Option To Extend The Agreement Through The Maastricht Umc+, For A Period Of Two (2) One (1) Years. Two Suppliers Will Be Contracted For Lot 1, With 60% Of The Volume Going To The First Ranked Supplier; 40% To The Second Ranked Supplier. For Plot 2 To 6, The First Ranked Supplier Will Be Contracted. Lot 1: Stents (1,000 Pcs.)/ Pci Balloons (1,800 Pcs.) Lot 2: Deb Balloons (80 Pcs.) Lot 3: Diagn.- (2,000 Pcs.)
