The Procurement Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items, With Separate Items No. 1 And No. 2 Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Procurement Instructions. The Requirements To Which The Products Must Comply Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 And In The Procurement Instructions. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Bids For Separate Items No. 1 And No. 2. Participants Offer All Nomenclature Units Included In The Specified Item. The Contract Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Contract Value Excluding Vat. Submitted Offers Will Be Considered In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Zop, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop.
