The Subject Of This Order Is Digitization Of The Paper Archive In The Central Office Of Bulgartransgaz Ead With The Implementation Of A System For Electronic Storage And Management Of Documents (Archive System) And The Subsequent Possibility Of Independent Digitization Of Current Documents. By Implementing The Assigned Activities, An Electronic Archive Will Be Created And It Will Be Possible To Store And Access The Digitized Documents Through Specialized Software For The Use Of The Electronic Archive By The Employees Of The Contracting Authority Who Have The Appropriate Access. The Scope Of The Order Includes Activities For The Preparation And Digitization Of Paper Documents, Indexing And Structuring Of Information, Implementation Of An Electronic Archive Management System, Integration With The Existing Resources Of The Contracting Authority In Order To Continue The Archiving Of New Documents And Training Of Employees. The Contractor Must Provide Warranty Support For The Specialized Electronic Archive For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Handover Protocol For Completed Stage 1 Of Order Execution. The Full Scope Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
