The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food - A Hot Lunch To The Needy Persons On The Territory Of Ruzhintsi Municipality. The Activities Subject To This Public Procurement Include: 1. Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Lunch, Which Includes: Soup, Main Course, Bread And Dessert /At Least Once A Week/. 2. Packaging Of Ready-Made Food In A Way That Protects It From Contamination, In Single-Use Containers And Packaging Approved For Contact With Food; 3. Transportation Of The Hot Lunch To Points Owned By The Contracting Authority, And The Vehicles Should Meet The Requirements Of The Хх And Related By-Laws. 4. Preparation Of A Weekly Menu, Which Is Approved By The Employer, Incl. Recipes. 5. The Determination Of The Types Of Food Products That Will Be Purchased For The Preparation Of The Hot Lunch Is Carried Out In Compliance With Food Safety Requirements, National Standards And Norms For Nutrition And The Requirement To Contribute To A Balanced Diet. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation. The Performance Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Condition Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code For Deferred Implementation Due To Lack Of Secured Funding At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Procedure.
