Tenders Are Invited For Exercise Of Investor Control Of An Object: Emergency Repair Of Zdravets Street From O.T. 20- O.T. 18- To O.T. 11, Town Of Dragoman, Municipality Of Dragoman, Sofia Region
The Scope Of The Service Includes The Following Activities, Which Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor: 1. Exercising Control Of The Quantities Of The Executed Smrs, For Which The Contractor Organizes His Activities By Ensuring Constant Control Of The Construction By Specialists On The Relevant Project Parts Depending On The Foreseen Smrs; 2. Control And Check In Quantitative And Qualitative Terms The Compliance Of The Implementation Of The Smp With The Specifications, The Approved Csc, The Design And Regulatory Requirements; 3. Checking And Certifying With A Signature The Detailed Statements/Bills Of Quantities Submitted By The Builder For All Parts Of The Ip; 4. Control, Verification And Responsibility For The Correct Preparation Of The Protocols For Acceptance Of The Executed Smrs (According To The Employers Model), Substitute Tables /If Necessary/ And Their Certification With A Signature; 5. Verification Of The Correspondence Between Physical And Financial Indicators Of The Contractual Relationship With The Relevant Builder. 6. Compilation And Storage Of A Copy Of The Protocols For Acceptance Of The Executed Smr With All Duly Signed Acts And Protocols During Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction. 7. Reporting The Progress Of Construction Of The Site.
