The Subject Of The Public Procurement: Implementation Of Physical Unarmed Security And Security With Signaling And Security Equipment (Sot) Of Movable And Immovable Property Owned By The Municipality Of Ivanovo The Subject Of The Order Covers The Protection Of Municipal Objects And Property, Which Is An Activity For Its Physical Protection, Including A Complex Of Organizational, Physical And Technical Measures For The Protection Of Areas, Buildings, Part Of Buildings And Their Adjacent Property, Owned By The Municipality Of Ivanovo From Illegal Encroachments By Means Of Physical Unarmed Security, Signal Security Equipment And Response Teams. According To The Order, Unarmed Physical Security Will Be Provided, Incl. Control And Access Regime, Of 24 Municipal Objects, Together With The Facilities Located In Them, Movable And Immovable Property And Security Through Sot Of 29 Objects, Specified In The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract For The Order. The Physical Unarmed Security Of Municipal Sites Includes Patrolling (Surrounding) In The Area Of The Site And Ensuring Access Control (Permitting Mode) In Order To Protect Municipal Property. In The Sense Of This Order, Physical Security Is An Activity Aimed At Preventing And Ending Illegal Actions And Encroachments On Property In The Protected Objects, Including Physical Protection In The Sense Of The Law On Private Security Activities (Pse), As Well As Taking Appropriate Measures To Assist The Competent Authorities In Preventing And Countering Encroachments, Acts Of Terrorism, Arson, Natural Disasters, Etc. 24 Municipal Sites Are Subject To Physical Unarmed Security By Security Guards. The Service Is Provided 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Including Holidays And Weekends, And For This Purpose The Contractor Must Have The Necessary Personnel Resources. The Contractor Provides The Persons Who Directly Perform The Security Work, Technical Equipment And Equipment With The Relevant Distinctive Signs. The Protection Of Objects By Signal-Security Equipment Includes: Installation, Prevention And Maintenance Of The Signal-Security Equipment; Monitoring, Registration And Inspection Of Signals Received By The Technical Means Of Protection In An On-Duty Monitoring Center; Checking And Responding To Alarm Signals From The Duty Center With Response Teams - Specialized Car Patrols When The Sot Is Activated In An Object. The Protection Of Objects By Sot Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Working Hours And According To The Specifics Of Each Of The Objects. 29 Objects Are Subject To Protection Through Sot. These Objects Should Be Covered By Sot In A Way That Reliably Registers Unregulated Access To Them.
