The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Law On Public Procurement (Pla) And Has As Its Subject The Supply Of Antifreeze, Brake Fluid, Wiper Fluid, Lubricants And Preparations For The Means Of Transport, Machines And Equipment, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Public Order Covers The Delivery Of An Estimated Amount Of Antifreeze, Brake Fluid, Wiper Fluid, Lubricants And Preparations For The Means Of Transport, Machines And Equipment Used By Nek Ead In Accordance With The Specification /Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification/. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is 24 /Twenty-Four/ Months, Counted From Its Entry Into Force Or Until The Maximum Allowable Value Under It Is Exhausted. Consideration Of Offers: On The Basis Of Art. 181 Para. 2 Of The Ppa, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection. The Commissions Actions Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppzop).
