The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery By Purchase. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery Ex-Officio To The Sites Of The Contracting Authority/Buyer, Through The Purchase Of Fractions Necessary For The Restoration Of The Sections Of The Road Surface, After Repair Works Have Been Carried Out By The Contracting Authority/Buyer. The Fractions Should Meet All Standards And Documents Concerning Quality, Ecology And Safety And Applicable To The Subject Of The Order. Each Delivery Must Meet The Requirements For Compliance With The Standard, Which Is Proven By The Relevant Documents And Certificates. Approximate Quantity (Unit Of Measurement): Fraction 0-4 Mm – 1,890 Tons For A Delivery Period Of 24 Months From The Award Fraction 0-40 Mm – 32,803 Tons For A Delivery Period Of 24 Months From The Award Estimated Quantities Are Indicative And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority/Buyer, As The Actual Quantities Will Be According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority/Buyer. The Contracting Authority/Buyer Will Periodically Request For Delivery The Necessary Fractions By Quantity And Type, According To Its Needs, For The Duration Of The Contract. The Employer/Buyer Does Not Undertake To Fully Absorb The Specified Amount And Is Not Responsible To The Supplier For Claims In The Event That The Volume Of The Order Is Not Fulfilled In Full. Deadline For Delivery: 24 Calendar Months From The Signing Of The Contract.
