Provision Of Security Services In The Administrative Building Of The Financial Supervision Commission (Fsc), With Administrative Address: Sofia, 16 Budapest St., Including The Following Activities: 1. Provision Of Physical Unarmed Security In Order To Prevent And/Or Prevent Unlawful Encroachment On The Immovable And Movable Property In The Administrative Building And The Adjacent Yard Of The Contracting Authority, Protection Of The Physical Integrity Of The Individuals Residing In The Site, Provision Of A Pass Regime At The Two Entrances To The Building Of The Financial Supervision Authority; 2. Implementation Of Video Surveillance Of The Object And The Property Of The Contracting Authority On The Territory Where The Building Of The Financial Supervision Authority Is Located And The Adjacent Yard To The Object, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements For The Protection Of Personal Data; 3. Carrying Out A Tour Of The Object And The Adjacent Yard To The Object; 4. Provision Of Temporary Service Cards, Their Timely Entry In The Diary For Visitors And Temporary Service Cards Of The Fsc And Comparing The Identity Of Employees With The Data From Their Service Card When Entering And Leaving The Entrance For Employees; 5. Monitoring The Proper Parking Of The Parking Spaces Located Opposite The Kfn Building, Used By The Contracting Authority And Ensuring The Security Of The Official Vehicles Parked In Front Of The Contracting Authoritys Building; 6. Observance Of Order In The Reception Area For Citizens; 7. Implementation Of Signaling And Security Actions To Protect Against Criminal Encroachments On The Property, Of Individuals Located In The Site, By Installing, Maintaining And Using Panic Buttons, In Order To Promptly React, In Any Case, To A Violation Of The Security Environment Of The Site By Means Of A Mobile Security Patrol (Auto Patrol With A Motor Vehicle). The Security Services Require The Provision Of One Round-The-Clock Security Post - 24 Hours, With A Mode Of Operation On Weekdays, Holidays And Weekends (7 Days A Week) At The Entrance For Employees From 16 Budapest Street And One Daily Security Post From 09.00 To 17.30, With A Mode Of Operation On Working Days At The Representative Entrance/Entrance For Citizens From 16 Budapest Street.
