Electrical Installation Work – Tender For A Contract For The Replacement, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of Impulse Fans And Lighting In The Railway Tunnel On The Great Belt Connection. The Tender Relates To A Contract For The Replacement Of 160 Units. Impulse Fans With Associated Signal Exchange In Main Tunnels And Replacement Of Lighting Systems In Main, Cross Tunnels And Technical Rooms In The Great Belt Tunnel, Including Dismantling And Disposal Of The Former Impulse Fans. Specifically 80 Pcs. Impulse Fans In Each Tunnel Tube. The Fans Themselves Are Delivered As A Product Delivery Under Another Contract. The Fans In The Tunnel Must Be Replaced 1:1 In Number And Location. For Lighting In The Main Tunnel, The Current Fixture Boxes Must Be Reused And Only The Light Source Insert Replaced. Luminaires Are Replaced For Lighting In Cross Tunnels And Technical Rooms. In Addition To The Above Services, The Contractor Must Deliver The Following: Project Management, Planning, Cables And Spare Parts, Etc., Logistics, Modifications Of Existing Installations, Connection, Testing, Commissioning And Documentation. The Installation Work Must Primarily Be Carried Out During Suspension Of Train Operations In The Tunnel. Spare Parts And Additional Services (Hourly Work) Must Also Be Purchased Under The Contract. Due To The Very Limited Closures Of The Tunnel, There Are Some Fixed Time Frames For When The Installation Work Must Be Carried Out, Cf. The Contract And Appendix 2. This Places High Demands On Planning, Capacity Of The Staff And Equipment In These Closures. In Order To Increase Efficiency With The Installation Of The Fans, A Test Setup Of 1 Pc. Fan In 2026 And The Remaining Fans Will Be Installed In 2027. The Contractor Must Also Have A Ds21001 Management System For Railway Safety Approved By Banedanmark Before Starting The Undertaking.
