Processing And Clearing Services – This Framework Agreement Concerns The Administrative And Financial Management Of The Remuneration And Social Protection Of Vocational Training Trainees In The Name And On Behalf Of The Provence-Alpes-Côte Daur Region (Article 10 Of Ordinance No. 2009-325 Of March 25, 2009). The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 And R.2162.1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Concluded By Means Of A Framework Agreement Setting Out All The Contractual Stipulations (Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders) And At Unit Prices With A Single Successful Bidder. The Market Is Likely To Benefit From European Co-Financing. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Single Market. In Application Of Article L2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Award This Contract Is Justified By The Following Reason(S): The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. The Minimum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Over The Entire Duration Is 400,000 Euros Excluding Vat The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Over The Entire Duration Is 3,520,000 Euros Excluding Vat Only The Minimum Amount Commits The Community
