The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract With A Single Economic Operator, Following The Application Of The Open Tender Procedure, For The Supply Of Simulator For Complete Navigation Missions. Simulator Component: 1. Simulator For Full Navigation Missions (Fmbs) - Main Deck (Mb) According To Dnv Class A, With Horizontal Field Of View (Hfov) Of 360° And Vhf Functionality, Having In The Component: 2. Simulator For Full Missions Of Navigation (Fmbs) - Secondary Deck (Sb) According To Dnv Class B, With Horizontal Field Of View (Hfov) Of 180° Forward And Horizontal Field Of View (Hfov) Of 120° Aft And Vhf Functionality 3. Inland Navigation Deck Simulator The Simulators Provided By The Tenderer Must Be In Full Compliance With International Requirements, Including The Relevant Chapters Of The Latest Performance Standards Of The Standards For Training, Certification And Watchkeeping For Seafarers (Stcw95 As Amended In 2010) For Simulators Used In Training And Competency Assessment. The Tenderer Must Provide A Valid Certificate Approved By One Of The Iacs Member Classification Societies Regarding The Compliance Of The Relevant Simulator With The Latest Requirements Of Stcw95 With The Amendments Of 2010. The Inland Navigation Deck Simulator Must Be In Accordance With Cesni Standards (Cf. Omti No. 209/2022 For Approval Of Training Standards, Confirmation Of Competence And Certification Of Professional Qualifications Of Romanian Seafaring Personnel From Board Of Inland Navigation Vessels, Annex No. 4, Standards For The Approval Of Simulators, I. Technical And Functional Requirements For Navigation And Radiolocation Simulators Used In Inland Navigation). In Order To Achieve The Object Of The Contract, The Supplier Will Ensure - Delivery, Transport, Container, Insurance, Customs Duties, Installation, Testing, Operational Personnel Training And Maintenance Personnel Training; Free Service During The Entire Warranty Period; Any Other Incidental Charges/Costs Of Delivery Or Provision. Requested Warranty Period: Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The System The Supplier Will Ensure The Possibility To Provide Post-Warranty Services And Spare Parts For A Period Of At Least 5 Years From The End Of The Warranty Period, In Exchange For Certain Costs And In Accordance With Future Separate Agreements. The Supplier Will Ensure That New Software Versions, Updates And Upgrades Will Be Released For The Provided Simulator For A Period Of At Least 5 Years After The End Of The Warranty Period. The Updated Simulation Software Will Be Provided By The Supplier At The Request Of The Beneficiary, In Exchange For Certain Costs And In Accordance With Future Separate Agreements. During The Warranty Period, The Supplier Will Provide Free Technical Support And Assistance. The Total Price For Product Maintenance Includes Preventive, Corrective, And Evolutionary Maintenance.
