Road-Maintenance Works – Framework Agreement For 4 Years With The Object: Current Maintenance Works For Road Safety On The Road Network Under The Administration Of C.N.A.I.R. - Drdp Bucharest. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Award Of A Framework Agreement For A Duration Of 48 Months For The Execution Of Current Maintenance Works For Road Safety On The Road Network Under The Administration Of C.N.A.I.R. Through Drdp Bucharest By Conducting Road Traffic In Safe And Comfortable Conditions. During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, At Least 2 Subsequent Contracts Per Year Will Be Concluded. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators, So That Continuity Is Ensured, Without Resuming The Competition; The Quantities Related To The Smallest And The Largest Subsequent Contract That Could Be The Subject Of A Subsequent Contract, Are Presented In Annex 2 To The Specifications.
