The Cloud-Based Solution Must Cover Around 6,000 Active Employees In Various Professional Groups And Collective Agreements And Is To Be Introduced And Operated By The Contractor For The Following Areas Of Application, Including Upstream And Downstream Tasks: • Personnel Deployment Planning, Vacation And Absence Management • Time Management • Employee Self Service (Ess) / Manager Self Service (Mss) • Reporting And Statistics What Is Being Tendered For Is Standard Software - Not Individual Development - Which Already Implements The Requirements Of The Kvsw Or Through Appropriate Ones Configuration/Parameterization Should Be Adjusted. In Addition, The Consolidation And Standardization Of The Processes Supported By The Zws/Pep Solution Offered Are The Subject Of The Service Advertised Here. This Must Be Carried Out In Close Coordination With The Kvsw As The Client.
