Hoai. Saarland Is Planning To Build A New State Fire Brigade And Disaster Control School (Lfks) At The Homburg/Saar Location. The Current Location In Saarbrücken Will Be Abandoned. Parts Of The Training Area Are To Be Moved From Saarbrücken To Homburg. The Planning Contract Or The Overall Scope Of The Project Includes The Following Partial Services: New Construction Of The State Fire Brigade And Disaster Control School Including The Fire Brigade Center (Lfks) In Homburg In The Zunderbaum Industrial Park. The Following Buildings Are To Be Implemented (Approx. 7,300 Sqm Gfa): O School Building, With Teaching Area, Dining Hall, Administration And Fire Department Center, Spatial Separation Between The Fire Department Center And The Other Areas Of The School Building Must Be Ensured. O Technical Building O Technical Warehouse O Disaster Protection Warehouse O Vehicle Hall With 13 Parking Spaces O Vehicle Hall With 4 Parking Spaces O Lightweight Hall The Following Outdoor Facilities Are Planned: O Outdoor Facilities (Practice Area And Associated Buildings) O Infrastructure (Access And Parking Spaces) O Creation Of Other Infrastructural Supply And Disposal Structures Objectives: The Project Is To Be Implemented According To The Assessment System For Sustainable Building (Bnb). For Certification, At Least The Bnb “Silver” Quality Standard Must Be Met. Location Of The Building Plot: The Building Plot With Approximately 22,000 Square Meters, Which Was Acquired By The State At The End Of February 2022, Is Located On The Northwestern Edge Of The Homburg Urban Area, Viewed From The City On The Left Of The B 423 Federal Highway And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The A8 Homburg Motorway Junction.
