Provision Of Services For Monitoring, Management And Control Of The Communication Infrastructure Of 48 Sites Of The Unified Communication Environment Of The Metropolitan Municipality, As Well As Continuing The Maintenance Of The Relevant Hardware Products And Software Licenses Of The Metropolitan Municipality. The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Will Guarantee Stability And Sustainability, As Well As The Availability Of A Highly Functional Unified Communication Environment Serving The Information And Communication Systems Of The Contracting Authority. The Participant Selected As The Contractor Shall Carry Out Continuous, Extended Proactive Monitoring/Monitoring, Elimination Of Incidents And/Or Problems During The Period Of The Contract, Restoration Of The Equipments Operability, Bringing It To Functional Readiness And Making The Necessary Configuration Changes, If There Is Such A Need During The Execution Of The Contract In Connection With Maintenance Activities In The Event Of Incidents And Problems, Which Does Not Include The Provision Of Redesign And Reconfiguration Services In Connection With New Services And Projects Of The Contracting Authority.
