The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Supply Of Equipment And Facilities For The Implementation Of The Project Open Workshop Vroutek, Including Related Services And Partial Construction Works Necessary For The Proper Installation And Commissioning Of The Supplied Equipment. The Main Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Within The Meaning Of § 14 Paragraph 1 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Zzvz). The Scope Of Performance Also Includes Related Assembly, Installation And Minor Construction Modifications, The Implementation Of Which Is Necessary For The Complete, Functional And Safe Operation Of The Supplied Equipment. These Related Construction Works Have An Additional Character And Do Not Represent The Main Subject Of The Contract. The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Complete Delivery, Transport, Assembly, Installation, Test Operation And Handover Of The Equipment, Including All Components, Accessories And Documentation, In A Quality That Meets The Technical Standards, Related Legal Regulations And The Specification Set Out In This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. Exact Technical Specifications, The Scope Of Deliveries And Related Works Are Given In The Project Documentation, Itemized Budget And Other Appendices Of This Procurement Documentation, Which Form An Integral Part Of It. The Performance Also Includes: • Performance Of All Actions Necessary For The Safe Commissioning Of The Equipment, • Handing Over All Certificates, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity, • Operator Training To The Extent Specified By The Contracting Authority, • Provision Of Warranty Service For The Period Specified In The Terms And Conditions, • Handing Over Complete Technical And User Documentation. Fulfillment Will Be Carried Out At The Place Designated By The Client.
