The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Re-Laying Of Networks, The Construction Of Land, Transport And Line Structures, Including The Supply Of Operating Sets And Built-In Interior Equipment And Built-In Medical Technology. The Building Itself Is Designed As A Free-Standing New Building With No Connection To The Surrounding Existing Buildings, But Linked To Operations In The Clients Premises As Well As Direct Access From Outside The Premises. On The North Side, It Connects To The External Road And The Parking Lot, On The Other Sides, The Building Connects To The Interior Of The Clients Campus Road. It Is An Eight-Story Building With One Partially Sunken Underground Floor And Seven Above-Ground Floors. The Building Will Be Used For Outpatient And Inpatient Operations Of The Clinic Of Infectious Diseases And The Skin Clinic. The Operations Are Logically Divided By Floor In Such A Way That One Outpatient Floor Is For The Kin Clinic, Vaccination Center And Special Consultations, The Second Outpatient Floor Is For The Skin Clinic (Therapeutic Clinic, Childrens Clinic, General Clinic, Sti Clinic And Operating Room), Three Beds Are For The Kin (Icu+Imp, Bed Unit For Children And Adults), One Bed Floor Is For The Skin Department And The Last Floor Is For The Facilities Of Both Clinics. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Therefore In Particular: A) The Construction Of A Free-Standing New Building Without Connection To The Surrounding Existing Buildings, Linked To Operations In The Clients Premises As Well As Direct Access From The Outside Of The Premises, Execution Of Networks, Construction Of Ground, Transport And Line Structures, Including Supplies Of Operating Sets And Interior Equipment And Medical Technology; B) Processing Of Supplier Project Documentation (Production And Workshop Documentation, Technological Procedures For Assembly Work, Etc.); C) Processing Of The Pov According To The Technical Conditions Of The Construction Contractor, Under The Conditions Of Compliance With The Non-Exceeding Limits Of The Zov, Defined In The Tender Documentation; D) Development Of A Construction Time And Financial Schedule Broken Down By Building Objects And Operational Sets, Which Will Be Further Divided Into Sections Hsv (Main Construction Production), Psv (Associated Construction Production), M (Installation Of Technological Equipment), Or Others (Following Appendix No. 3 – List Of Required Works, Supplies And Services), Which Are Decisive For The Time Course Of Implementation; E) Processing Of The Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction; F) Processing Of The Digital Building Model For Building Management And Maintenance (Dims); G) Provision Of Geodetic And Geometric Surveying Of The Actual State Of The Building; H) Passporting Of Buildings And Roads; I) Disposal Of All Waste Produced By The Construction In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Their Records And Disposal Documents And In Accordance With The Draft Contract; Provision Of Warranty Service Under The Terms Of The Draft Contract. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of All Approval Decisions And The Provision Of Cooperation On The Part Of The Selected Supplier For The Issuance Of Approval Decisions.
