The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is: A) The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement Containing Contractual Terms For The Fulfillment Of Individual Subcontracts For The Provision Of Implementation And Consulting Services For The National Qualifications System (Hereinafter Also Is Nsk), B) The Negotiation Of A Contract For The Provision Of Service Services For Is Nsk. The Exact Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And Other Requirements For Its Implementation, Including Information, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data, Are Specified In Detail In Annexes No. 1 And 2 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement And Contract For The Provision Of Service Services With One Supplier. For Reasons Of Is Nsk Protection, Manuals, Source Codes, Process Diagrams, Etc. Are Not Part Of This Public Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Procurement Documentation Containing Manuals, Source Codes, Process Diagrams, Etc., Necessary For The Creation Of The Offer (Hereinafter Referred To As System Documentation) Is Available Through The Profile Of The Contracting Authority Within The National Electronic Tool As A Non-Public Part (Which Forms Annex No. 10) Of This Procurement Documentation. Suppliers Must Send A Request To Make Available The Non-Public Part Of The Procurement Documentation Through The National Electronic Tool. The Request Must Be Sent No Later Than (8) Working Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. As Part Of The Application, The Supplier Shall Submit A Completed, Electronically Signed Agreement On The Protection Of Confidential Information (Which Forms Annex No. 9 Zd), In Which He Undertakes To Use The Provided Information Only For The Purpose Of Preparing A Bid Within This Public Contract. The Specimen Of This Agreement Must Be Signed (Authorized Conversion Of A Hand-Signed Document Or A Valid Recognized Electronic Signature) By A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of The Supplier Requesting Access To System Documentation. The Signed Model Must Be Delivered To The Client In A Form That Allows The Subsequent Attachment Of A Qualified Electronic Signature By The Client. After Delivery Of The Signed Document Agreement On The Protection Of Confidential Information To The Contractors, The Non-Public Part Of The Procurement Documentation Will Be Made Available In The National Electronic Tool Within 3 Working Days (See Attachment No. 10). The Framework Agreement And The Contract For The Provision Of Service Services (Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Contracts) Will Be Concluded With One Supplier. Public Contracts, Or Partial Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement According To The Conditions Set Out In The Framework Agreement. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw Performance From The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Points Out That As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, The Supplier Will Be Required To Fulfill The Subject Of The Public Contract Through Members Of The Implementation Team, Through Whom He Will Prove The Technical Part Of The Qualification.
