I-Team Would Like To Have A New Solution For Extracting, Transforming And Loading Saas Or Hybrid Data, Which It Could Offer To La Poste Projects/Applications Requiring This Technical Brick. The Expected Solution Is A Solution For Extracting, Transforming And Loading Data Between Or Within Information Systems, Of The Etl (Extract, Tranform And Load) Type. It Must Be Able To Interface With Different Data Sources: Databases, Api Management, Data Bus, Data Platform, Files, Etc. This Solution Must Be Able To Have Several Execution Nodes, Interface With The Corporate Directory And Must Adhere To The Ci/Cd Approach (Continuous Integration, Testing And Continuous Deployment). The Data From The Various La Poste Group Information Systems Must Remain Compartmentalized And Data Flows Must Be Encrypted From End To End. Solution Integration Services And Associated Services The Integration Of The Solution Will Include Installation (Build/Run), The Provision Of A Best Practices Guide And Training Dedicated To Administrators And Developers. The Development Teams Will Thus Be Required To Develop Their Interfaces In Complete Autonomy. A Migration Of Existing Projects From The Current La Poste Solution To The New Target Solution Must Also Be Planned. For Information Purposes, The Existing Volume In 2025 Represents Approximately 20,000 Flows For Nearly 40 Billion Lines, Or Nearly 10 Tb Of Data Per Month, And Nearly 12,000 Objects (Notably Workflows, Mappings, Mapplets). As Part Of These Supply And Integration Services, Two Types Of Services Are Expected: Firm Services: Firm Services Bring Together All The Actions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Solution, Including Detailed Framing, Design, Configuration And Development As Well As The Integration And Training Of Project Teams. They Also Include The Provision Of The Solution In Saas Or Hybrid Mode, Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance And Maintenance In Operational Condition. Optional Services: Optional Services Relate To The Migration Of Existing Flows To The New Target Solution. They Also Relate To Change Management Through Impact Analysis By Type Of Population, The Change Management Plan (Communications, Support, Managerial Areas, Training) And Formalization Of Associated Deliverables. The Desired Services May Be Covered By One Or More Software Solutions. In Any Case, The Candidate Or The Joint Representative (In The Case Of A Group) Will Be Responsible To La Poste For All The Functional Software Solutions Offered In Its Offer And Their Interoperability.
