Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Planning And Construction Supervision For The Establishment Of The Supply Of Cold Local Heating To A New Development Area. A Heat Supply With Cold Local Heat Should Be Set Up. For This Purpose, Planning And Construction Supervision Services Are Put Out To Tender Using This Procedure. These Services Relate To Heat Generation Using Geothermal Probes, The Pipe Network, The Technical Center, The House Connection Lines And The Heat Pumps Required Decentrally At The Connection Objects. In This Construction Phase, 70 Properties With An Expected 126 Connecting Properties Will Be Built On. Due To The Intended Funding Of This Measure By The Federal Office Of Economics And Export Control (Bafa), The Overarching Project Parameters Defined In The Feasibility Study Must Be Taken Into Account When Implementing The Order. The Order Implementation Includes Service Phases 5 To 8 According To Hoai Plus Local Construction Supervision.
