Additional financing information: The Project is supported through a loan from the EBRD and grant funding administered under the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF), following a successfully submitted and approved application for investment and technical assistance support. Contracts will be subject to the Banks Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents.
