The Bordeaux Aeronautics Industrial Workshop (Aia Bx) Is An Establishment Of The Aeronautics Industrial Service (Siaé) Whose Mission Is To Carry Out The Maintenance And Repair Of Aircraft Engines For The Benefit Of The Forces. The Main Floirac Site Covers An Area Of ​​16.2 Hectares Including 9.6 Hectares Of Buildings. The Site Is Classified Seveso 3 Low Threshold, With Regard To The Regulations For Installations Classified For Environmental Protection. All Of The Buildings Are Used As Offices, Workshops, Technical And Sports Facilities, Storage Or Common And Administrative Services. The Cestas Annex Site Represents An Area Of ​​30 Hectares Including 2 Hectares Of Buildings And Essentially Bringing Together Turbomachinery Test Benches, Production Workshops, Technical And Administrative Buildings.
