Solar Installation – Design, Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations With Energy Storage For The Public Transport Company In Zawiercie. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery And Assembly Of Photovoltaic Installations With An Energy Storage Facility For The Public Transport Company In Zawiercie As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Development Of Distributed Energy Based On Renewable Energy Sources For Public Buildings In The Zawiercie Commune 4. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes:  Inventory Of The Electrical Installation To The Extent Necessary For Design;  Applying For The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions (If Necessary), Including: Applying For Connection Conditions For The Purposes Of Connecting A Generating Source, Building Permit Or Notification;  Development Of Design Documentation And Its Approval With The Ordering Party;  Modernization And Equipping The Buildings Main Switchgear With Devices Necessary For The Safe Operation Of The Photovoltaic Installation;  Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Building And Land With A Total Power Of Min. 300.00 Kwp;  Obtaining All Administrative And Legal Permits,  Installation Of Supporting Structures For Pv Modules;  Installation Of Pv Modules On Supporting Structures;  Installation Of The Inverter(S);  Installation Of An Energy Storage With An Integrated Energy Management System,  Laying Of Cabling On The Dc And Ac Sides, Using Appropriate Devices;  Connecting The Pv Installation To The Main Electrical Switchboard For The Facility;  Providing Lightning Protection To The Photovoltaic Installation;  Sealing And Post-Installation Repairs;  Carrying Out Tests To Check The Proper Operation Of The System, Including The Equipment;  System Startup And Adjustments;  Marking Of The Switchgear, Cable Connector Informing About The Pv Installation And Electricity Storage (If Any)  Electrical Measurements;  Customer And User Service Training;  Reporting The Installation To The Power Plant And The Zawiercie State Fire Service;  Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 3. The Delivered Devices Must Be Unused And Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Come From Mass Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Equipment Model, And Come From The Official Distribution Channel For The European Market. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Prototype Equipment, And The Technology Used And Its Individual Elements Should Be Checked In Operational Practice. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As A Description Of How To Perform Part Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Which Is An Annex To The Swz. 5. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, It Will Require The Contractor Selected In The Proceedings To Establish Insurance Coverage For The Duration Of The Contract (According To The Principles Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement) And Provide Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Content Of The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: A) Product Warranty For Dc/Ac Inverters - Min. 10 Years, B)
