This Consultation Was Previously Declared Without Follow-Up During An Open Call For Tenders Procedure Referenced 2025/029. This Consultation Is A Public Contract At Mixed Prices, Bringing Together Services Paid On A Fixed Price Basis And Services Paid On The Basis Of Unit Prices, Passed Through An Open Call For Tenders Procedure In Application Of Articles L2124-2, R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. Services Paid On The Basis Of Unit Prices Are Also Subject To Articles R2162-1 To R2162-6 Of The Public Procurement Code And Are The Subject Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement Concluded With A Maximum Amount Per Execution Period Of 150,000 Euros Excluding Vat. The Framework Agreement Sets Out All Contractual Stipulations. It Is Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Notified As And When Required.
